Sermon will be 'What do we make of the Virgin Birth'

NORWAY-WEST PARIS — The First Universalist churches of Norway and West Paris, preparing for the many religious holidays of light celebrated at this time of year, will focus this coming Sunday, December 12, on the liberal Christian theology of the Virgin Birth. The Reverend Richard Beal will preach on “What do we make of the Virgin Birth” at both the Norway and West Paris services. Special music will be presented.

The service at West Paris is at 9 a.m. and the service at Norway begins at 11 a.m. Child care is available and people of all religious traditions, or none, are welcome and invited to attend and take part in the unique approach to Christian and other religious practices.
