I'm glad to see all the spam gone from the guestbook! Formerly of Norway, I read the Advertiser website news every week. I still have relatives and friends up there in "cold country" and speak to them often by phone. The weather is great down here in Florida.

Tis nice to see familiar places and scenes. Time goes on, and this site keeps me close to 'home'. Pictures of the fields, and of Streaked Mtn. from 'King Hill', would be nearly as good as some Finnish Sourdough!

I'm a native New Yorker nuts about Norway, and this paper -- stuck as I am in the images of the early 1900s -- through its stories of comings and goings, summer camps, photo archives of storms, fires, graduations and weddings, and an avid collector of local postcards of the early part of the last century.
