Greg Zemlansky publishes new book
SOUTH PARIS — Greg Zemlansky, better known as Greg the poet, has self-published children’s books called “The White Goldfish,” “The Littlest Raindrop,” “Bird Talk,” “Adventures of Milky,” “The Night Before Christmas” and his new one, “The Turkey That Got Away.” The book makes a perfect Christmas or birthday gift and can be used as a coloring book. Best of all, it is written in poetry with easy to read language and has a moral story behind it.
Greg’s poetry is at Books ‘n Things on Main Street in Norway, and also at Island Tree Publishing in South Paris at 449-1334.
Greg has published “Life and Love Poetry Book” and his new poetry book will be out soon called “Love and Life."
Greg is a distinguished member of the International Poetry Society. He has many awards in writing which include The Editor’s Choice, Outstanding Achievement, three International Merit Crystal Awards and several commemorative medallions. Greg is also one of the poetry ambassadors for this region.
Greg’s poetry has appeared in local newspapers, anthologies and Noble House of New York, London, and Paris.
His poem, “The Night Before Christmas,” has been chosen as one of the best poems in 2007. Greg has published this poem into a children’s book.
Greg, who lives in South Paris, is said to be one of the most interesting poets with a unique style of poetry artistry. Some of his poems are on-line at lulupoetry.com.
Greg is also the morning disc jockey at WOXO Radio in Norway. He features poems he has written on his morning show.
