NORWAY - Oxford Federal Credit Union and Western Maine Art team up to feature Richard Varney and paper tole art at 54 Fair Street, Norway. Richard Varney has been doing paper tole art since he first learned in Florida several years ago. He has been giving lessons at the Lajos Matolcsy Art Center for two years and has students who are avid learners. Works from both student and teacher are on display at the bank through the holidays.
