Art in the Park applications being accepted

BRIDGTON — Gallery 302 and the Bridgton Art Guild are accepting applications for Art in the Park, held at Shorey Park in Bridgton, on Saturday, July 16 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Early registration, which ends on January 31, enables a lower rate to enter the show and guarantees your last year's space. The rates will increase from $75 to $90 on February 1. At that time, spaces will be awarded on a "first-come-first-served" basis.

This juried show, celebrating the eighth anniversary of Gallery 302 on Main Street in Bridgton, draws thousands of residents and summer visitors each year. Visitors enjoy the park, the music, the food and the fantastic variety of wall art, photography and the fine crafts of our talented artists. New artists are welcomed each year from all over Maine and other states.

Applications may be picked up at Gallery 302, 112 Main Street from 12-4 p.m. daily. If you live a distance, an application will be mailed by calling Nancy at 583-6677. They are also looking for three qualified judges for the show...one each in wall art, photography and fine crafts. If you are interested, please call the same number listed.
